Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on July 9, 2021, found that, Home Instead Senior Care, had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 PA Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H, Homecare Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiences were cited as a result of an unannounced, on-site state re-licensure survey conducted on April 28, 2021.
